CUISINES FOR YOUR OCCASION
A mixed menu can bring Arabic grills, Italian pasta and a sushi station together without losing the character of each cuisine. We help you select a balanced combination that suits your guests and service style.
International catering in Dubai usually means that guest list — not a buffet of every flag. We write the menus around who is eating, then match chefs who actually cook those kitchens.
Chefs are independent licensed partners. Identity, right-to-work, a cooking assessment and references are checked before anyone is sent into a home. Read how we vet our chefs. No chef is guaranteed by name until the date and the brief are confirmed.

THE MIXED TABLE
Fusion catering in Dubai is often one confused plate. Mixed cuisine here is two proper menus, timed as one service, with one clear-down.
We do not send two competing caterers into your villa kitchen. We match the chefs, then run them as one team: one briefing, one timeline, one person you talk to.
Halal sourcing is the default across these kitchens. If you need the sourcing rules written out, open Halal catering.
THE KITCHENS

Arabic cateringRegional menus, not one curry list. Live chaat or dosa when the room can take it.
Indian cateringAntipasti, pasta and risotto. Live pasta when you want the kitchen in the room.
Italian cateringVegetable-forward sharing, grilled fish and olive-oil cooking for heat and mixed tables.
Mediterranean cateringCounter service, timing on ice, and a station that works in a villa or on a boat.
Sushi cateringDIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Share vegetarian, vegan, Jain or allergy requirements when you choose the cuisine. Explore the relevant dietary service for more detail on menu planning and the preparation arrangements that need to be assessed.
If you prefer pescatarian dishes or have another dietary brief, explain what you would like included or avoided so the menu can be assessed accordingly.
HOW IT STARTS
01→
Tell us the date, venue, guest count and which kitchens the table needs.
02→
We match chefs who cook those menus and draft one service plan — food, staff, timing.
03→
You review the menu, staffing and price. 5% VAT is shown as its own line.

On the night the team cooks, serves and clears. You stay a guest at your own table.
PRICE
Food-only catering starts from AED 90 per person. A standard event buffet starts from AED 120. Premium buffet, BBQ or live stations start from AED 150. Chef-led plated dining starts from AED 700. 5% VAT is shown on the written proposal.
The quote moves with guest count, the menu, and how much of the work happens in the room. We start from a published format and adjust it to your date. What to check: the named chef, an itemised quote, and who buys the ingredients. Dietary notes go into the first menu draft.
There is no separate multi cuisine catering packages Dubai product. Packages are event packages; cuisine is the menu direction inside them. Guest count, format, staffing, venue access and timing move the total — not which cuisine you pick.
WHERE WE COOK
Quoted to the villa, apartment or yacht — not a restaurant you travel to.

Yes. We can discuss a menu combining cuisines, with the dishes and service planned together around your guest list. Arabic catering next to Italian catering is a common mix.
No. Cuisine is the menu direction. The ladder is the format: food-only from AED 90 per person, a standard event buffet from AED 120, premium buffet or live stations from AED 150, chef-led plated dining from AED 700. The method sits on Catering.
No. Italian menus are often matched to Marco Rossi and Arabic menus to Layla Hassan, but a named chef is confirmed only after the brief, the date and availability. A licensed supplier employs the chef, on a visa we have asked to see. You are not putting a chef on your payroll.

01 · Planning with myCHEF
A broad cuisine name can cover many different dishes and traditions. Share the region, flavours or family favourites you have in mind so the chef can build a menu with a clear identity. If there are particular ingredients or preparations you expect, describe them rather than relying only on a familiar dish name.
A focused menu often feels more coherent than a long list of unrelated favourites. Think about how starters, main dishes, sides and desserts complement one another, and how they will be served. The menu should offer enough variety for the group while remaining practical for the kitchen and service format.
Tell us about spice preferences and essential dietary requirements early. These may affect the choice of dishes as well as individual recipes. The final selection can then reflect the food you enjoy with a clear understanding of what will be prepared for your occasion.

03 · Planning with myCHEF
Collect dietary requirements before the final menu is agreed. Record how many guests each requirement applies to and distinguish preferences from allergies or other essential restrictions. A clear list helps the culinary team assess suitable dishes and the preparation arrangements they would need.
A vegetarian or vegan choice should feel like a complete part of the menu. Consider its portion, accompaniments and presentation alongside the other dishes, rather than removing an ingredient and assuming the result will be satisfying. Sauces, garnishes, breads and desserts also need attention.
Allergy requests require a specific discussion of ingredients and kitchen conditions. Labels and separate serving utensils can support a plan, but they do not by themselves guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Share the details early so the team can assess the request honestly and confirm what can be accommodated before you book.
