CATERING THAT KEEPS PRODUCTION ON TIME

Production catering Dubai, timed to the call sheet

Production catering in Dubai, including film crew catering, follows the call sheet. Craft services are snacks, fruit and hot drinks through the call hours. Crew lunch is a hot meal for each name on the sheet. They are separate purchases. Both start from AED 90 per person. Meals move if the day moves.

Television, photo, branded content and live event crews use the same operation: a moving team, a call sheet, and food that has to arrive hot at the right moment. Exhibition stand meals sit on exhibition catering. The hub is corporate catering in Dubai.

Craft services and crew lunch

Craft services and crew lunch are separate drop-off purchases, each from AED 90 per person. Craft services run through the call hours. Crew lunch is one hot meal per person named on the sheet.

The full company brief

What a corporate catering day includes

Food is only the start. A company day also needs chefs or a drop-off kitchen, service staff when the room requires them, equipment that fits an office pantry, clearly labelled dietary options, a loading-bay window and one person who owns the timeline. The lists below are what we write into corporate quotes. The written quote names the dishes, the team and the price.

How the room is served

Service formats for a Dubai office or venue

Choose delivered lunches, a staffed buffet, passed canapés or individually plated service to suit the meeting. Drop-off is food, delivery and layout. A staffed buffet adds people for setup, replenishing and clearance. Canapés keep a standing room moving. Plated service is courses at a table. Each format has its own starting price.

What's included

  • Drop-off, laid out, you serve
  • Drop-off plus collection of empties
  • Staffed buffet line
  • Passed canapé reception
  • Bowl-food standing service
  • Plated courses at the table
  • Live station where the building allows flame and power
  • Hybrid: drop-off lunch, staffed evening

WHO WE FEED

Built for the Production

TV & Commercial Productions

For television series, commercials, and branded content shot across Dubai, we run dependable daily service for large units, planning breakfast, lunch, and craft tables around the production schedule and adjusting as the day evolves.

Photo & Editorial Shoots

Fashion, product, and editorial shoots call for catering that looks as good as it tastes. We keep talent and crew supplied with fresh, light, beautifully presented food that suits long studio days without weighing anyone down.

Event & Live Productions

Behind every event production is a crew that needs feeding. From conferences and concerts to brand activations, we coordinate catering for the technical and operational teams who build, run, and break down the show.

Multi-Day & Remote Shoots

For extended schedules and locations away from any fixed kitchen, we arrive fully equipped and self-sufficient, delivering consistent catering and craft services across every day of the production.

Feature Films & Commercials

Film crew catering for feature shoots and high-end commercials across Dubai: pre-dawn call-time breakfasts, substantial hot lunches and a continuously stocked craft table, scaled to the headcount on the call sheet and adjusted day to day as numbers change.

Night Shoots & Wrap Meals

Twelve-hour days and overnight shoots need food at the right moments, not just at noon. We plan warm second meals and late wrap catering around your shooting blocks so the unit stays fuelled however far the schedule runs: desert, beach, industrial backlot or studio.

What Our Production Catering Includes

Timed to the call sheet

Breakfast, lunch and wrap meals sit in named windows. Late changes after the kitchen deadline are quoted again.

Craft services

Snacks, fruit and hot drinks kept stocked on set while you shoot.

Early and late sittings

Pre-call breakfasts and wrap meals when the day overruns. Hours are named in the booking.

Named dietary lines

Halal by default. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free when you name them. We do not describe a menu as allergen-free.

Kitchen that can travel

Studio, warehouse or remote site. Power and access are checked before the menu is locked.

Staff who stay off camera

The team sets, serves and clears around the shoot. They do not join the set.

A Taste of Our Production Catering

Production Catering Dubai: the questions we get before a booking

we coordinate catering for television and broadcast shoots, commercials, photographic and editorial productions, branded content, and event productions across Dubai. Whether the unit is small or large, we scale the service to suit.

Our craft tables are kept continuously stocked with snacks, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot drinks throughout the shoot, so the production team can refuel between setups without losing momentum.

Yes. We routinely serve pre-call breakfasts before dawn and provide wrap meals for productions running late into the night, planning our timings around your shooting schedule.

We do. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and allergy-aware meals are prepared alongside the main service and clearly labelled. Share your requirements and we will make sure everyone on the production is covered.

Yes. Our setups are self-sufficient, with our own equipment, so we can deliver full production catering at studios, warehouses, desert, and on-street locations across the Dubai region.

For multi-day productions we recommend two to four weeks so we can plan logistics around your schedule and locations. For shorter or last-minute shoots, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
