How to use your referral credit with confidence.
Let your friend make the enquiry
Share myCHEF’s contact details and ask your friend to mention your name in their first enquiry. They can describe their own plans, preferences and dietary requirements directly. You do not need to send private household information on their behalf. The team can then record the introduction and check that the new-client requirement is met before confirming the referral benefit.
Your friend might be planning cooking visits at home, a celebration or catering for an event. The appropriate service and its availability are reviewed in the usual way. A referral introduces someone to myCHEF; it does not reserve a date or determine the menu.
Review the credit alongside the quotation
Ask the team to explain how the AED 100 first-booking benefit appears in the new client’s proposal. Your own AED 100 credit is issued after the referred booking is confirmed and paid, as set out in the terms below. Keep the booking reference or the team’s confirmation so the introduction can be checked if you enquire about the credit later.
Food, staff, groceries, equipment and applicable taxes remain subject to the relevant service quotation. A referral benefit does not change the scope of the booking. If you want to use it with another offer, ask the team to confirm eligibility before you approve the price.
Mention your credit before your next booking
When planning your next experience, tell your myCHEF contact that you have a referral credit. Ask them to confirm the available amount, expiry and how it applies to the proposal. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the stated twelve-month period. Keeping the discussion before payment makes the agreed total easier to follow.
Use a partnership for business introductions
If introducing clients is part of your business, discuss a commercial partnership instead of assuming the personal referral terms apply. Planners, villa managers and concierge teams may need a separate arrangement for proposals, client communication and commission. That agreement is reviewed before introductions and should not be confused with a customer’s AED 100 reward.
Questions before you begin
