Concierge Services Partnership Dubai
Private chefs, villa dining and yacht catering coordinated for the clients your concierge team already serves.
Why Partner
You already have the client. We run the kitchen.
Support your clients with a private chef, dinner at home or catering aboard a chartered yacht. We prepare an itemised proposal and coordinate the culinary service while you remain their concierge contact. Referral fees or retainers are agreed in writing before the first introduction.
For members who need cooking at home, review our private chef service for Dubai households before sending the brief. This helps your desk distinguish cooking visits from a dedicated household role.

Partnership Benefits
What You Gain
The night they asked for
A household chef visit, a dinner for guests, or a yacht sitting. The brief names the job. We do not guess it.
A service you can add without building a kitchen
You take the request. We quote food, staff, hire and 5% VAT as separate lines.
Discretion as default
We do not publish member names. Chefs are checked before they enter a house.
One line for your desk
A named contact and WhatsApp. We typically reply within 15 minutes during business hours.
Terms before the first booking
Commission, retainer or referral credit. Nothing starts on a handshake.
How It Works
Simple Partnership Workflow
We agree the commercial terms and a contact line for your desk.
Your member asks through your usual workflow.
We send an itemised proposal and run the booking if they approve.
You receive the credit or commission named in the agreement.
For your concierge desk
Turn a member’s request into a complete culinary brief.
Identify the kind of help they need
Start by asking whether the member wants everyday cooking, a single hosted dinner or catering for a larger gathering. A request for “a chef tomorrow” can describe very different jobs. Clarify the number of people, meals, service hours and address before suggesting a format. For a dinner with guests, our private dining options help explain the service choices.
For ongoing household support, note the desired weekly pattern, cuisines, expected start date and whether accommodation is available. Discuss the monthly budget separately from the ingredient budget. The team can then assess whether visits or a dedicated household arrangement fit the request.
Make the handover discreet and practical
Agree what information the member has authorised you to share and who should receive the proposal. Useful practical details include building access, parking, available kitchen equipment and who will welcome the team. Avoid forwarding unrelated personal records. A concise brief gives the chef the information needed to plan the food without circulating unnecessary household details.
Keep approvals with the right person
Before confirming, identify who can approve the menu, service hours and extras. A change in guest numbers can affect quantities and staffing; a change in venue can affect equipment and delivery. Your named contact should receive the revised scope so the client, concierge and culinary team are working from the same version.
For events, compare catering packages and inclusions, then request a proposal for the actual brief. Published starting rates do not replace a quote for a particular household or event.
Plan repeat requests around preferences
With the client’s permission, useful preferences from a previous booking can inform the next one. Reconfirm allergies, guest numbers, dates and location each time. Use the previous brief as a starting point, then confirm the chef’s availability, current menu and quotation for the new dates. Requests that become a regular household role can be reviewed as a separate ongoing arrangement.
Questions before you begin
Yes, discuss the communication arrangement when setting up the partnership. Agree which decisions your desk can approve and which require the member’s confirmation.
Send the essentials and we will check what is possible. An initial reply is not confirmation that a chef, menu or delivery slot is available.
Read how chefs are assessed, then discuss any additional household requirements before a proposed introduction.
